RoChu: Bedtime Story
______________________________________________________________
"Once upon a time... In a place far away.. A wonderful prince lived happily with his older brother in a safe, warm home guarded by sunflowers as far as the eye could see...." China started, little Russia sitting in his lap with large violet eyes staring up at the man while the two sat under the stars. "The little prince's name was Ivan and he was such a happy little boy with his entire life ahead of him, aru. And he even would become the king of their home as well." He continued, his long thin finger's tangling themselves in the small boy's silver hair as he told the story and the baby nation bounced."My name is Ivan!" Russia cooed, looking up at China with a large smile that was infectious to the elder. "Shh, Shh, Yes it is, aru. But no more interrupting or you'll ruin the story, okay...?" China asked, the smaller boy covering his giggling mouth and nodding as he relaxed back into the Chinese man's chest.
"Like I was saying, One day Prince Ivan would become king so even though his older brother Prince Yao was okay with that, other people who were evil weren't." Russia gasped cutely and moved closer into China's chest. "An evil man named Aslan form the Mongolian empire especially disliked the young prince and his brother and wanted to take away the little boy's crown." Russia whimpered and tears formed in his eyes, Mongolia's emotional scars on the boy slowly opening up though China soothed him with small kisses and reassuring pats on his tiny back.
"Aslan was a very mean man and invaded the kingdom one day, killing all the beautiful sunflower guards and he rushed into the palace. Prince Ivan and his brother, Prince Yao weren't expecting tha man so they were taken by surprise, aru, and the evil man scooped them up and kidnapped them away from their beautiful home." He said wiping the tears from the child's eyes as he silently let tears tumble down his cheeks."Though even though they were kept as slaves in the mean man's home... their was a brighter side to the tale..." He said, the small boy looking up at him with large violet eyes filled with hope. Their lives in the Mongol house hold was horrible, with beatings handed to them each day and forced to do grimy work that not even slaves would do.
"One day.. the horrible man died and the two were set free..." China said, his hands picking up the boy and resting his head on his shoulder so the boy was more comfortable." They were allowed to go back to their home were now bigger and better sunflowers grew and their home was even greater than when they lived there. And by now aru, the young Prince was all grown up and he became the best King their land has ever seen and the King and his brother lived happily ever after together, never to part again." China said, feeling the boy smile against his neck before rubbing his eyes."The End, aru." Russia wrapped his arms around China's neck. "I-I like the ending, Yao-Yao..." He whispered as China stood and began their way back to the large Mogol household."Me too, Ivan.. But it isn't just a story, one day.. you and I will be free once again, aru." He said with a hopeful tone in his whisper before opening the sliding door and stepping into the quite room that the boys shared.
"I hope... I don't like it here.. they..they hurt you here, Yao-Yao..." The small Russian boy said as he way laid on the hard bed, his eyes staring into China's with selflessness. The boy should've only worried about his own well being in this ruthless home but instead Russia worried for China and not his self at all."..What if.. Before we are released... you die along the way...?" Russia asked, tears in the corners of his eyes as China pulled the scratchy blankets over them.
"Then that is how it shall be."

Finland's violet eyes open up to the warmth of a blanket covering his entire body, minus the head and, a room that was different, but not new to him. Sitting himself up, he noticed he wasn't wearing his normal light-blue uniform but rather an oversized white shirt. His light blond hair was very messy and void of the usual white beret he wore.
Looking over to the side, he spied his uniform sitting off to the side, folded neatly with the beret sitting on the top. He threw his legs off the side of the bed he was in, letting them dangle off the sides a bit.
Slowly, he slid off the side of the white cotton covers. But the se

He ran as far as he could. Tears streamed down his face as the last picture was burned in his head. Why was life so cruel!? As stopped dead in his tracks the snow was freezing every last bit of love he had.
His face getting colder and colder every second. Some of his long, silky, brown hair fell into his face. Yao looked down in anger and confusion. Where was he to do now? When he looked up he saw snow falling. A silent chuckled escaped his lips.
"So...This is how cold Russia feels..." Looking around a bit more, he sat down on the bench. Wrapping his hands around his small body. Crossing his legs slightly to stay warm. Laying back, breathin

'Man, I'm so awesome!' thought Gilbert Beilschimdt, the personification of Prussia (East Germany), as he walked (strutted) down the large, grand hall of the U.N. Meeting hall in Paris, France. It was France's turn to host the meeting much to his delight, as they were good friends. England on the other hand....not so much. As Prussia got closer to the big, wooden, double doors of the meeting room, his ears picked up the distinct sound of sobbing. He spun around; blood red eyes scanning the area around him, until he found what looked to be a blonde haired boy, with a peculiar curl sticking out, wearing glasses and a red hoodie,

A little fanfiction I wrote a long time ago. It's about Russia as a child and China as a teen suffering through Mongolia's rule but China tries to cheer his little one up with some uplifting stories. Yet not everything can be uplifting in such a dark place.
